Stage 1 – Industrial Grade Chemical Deep Clean Treatment

  • Internal split system unit deep clean & sanitisation
  • Clean fan barrel to improve air flow and quality
  • Remove dirt, mould and bacteria from the internal unit
  • Clean filters to improve air flow and quality
  • Clean drip tray to prevent leaking/blockages


Stage 2 – Internal Unit Hydro-Pressure Washing

  • Evaporator coils pressure washed for increased cooling capacity / heat transfer, and removal of contaminates and pollutants
  • Air outlet pressure washed to flush out contaminants and improve airflow and quality.


Stage 3 – External Casing/Components Chemical Clean & Pressure Washing

  • Unit casing(s) of the split system are removed and cleaned to remove dirt, mould and bacteria, improving system longevity.
  • Unit louvres of the split system are cleaned to remove dirt, mould and bacteria, improving air flow and quality.


Stage 4 - Industrial Grade Sanitisation

  • Using our hospital grade disinfectant and mould preventative agent we thoroughly sanitise the unit, ensuring the removal of 99.9% of mould spores and bacteria.


Stage 5 – External Unit Industrial Grade Chemical Deep Clean Treatment
